Peter has operated on the South Coast as an Insolvency Practitioner since 1984. He has acted as supervisor of a successful voluntary arrangement for Bournemouth Football Club, and more recently has saved an engineering business in Basingstoke with 55 employees and been involved with Norman Court School where the education of some 200 pupils was in danger as well as that of 100 employees. He looks after the interests of creditors whilst trying to minimise disruption to all those involved in the business.
Peter lives near the office with his wife Rosemary and walks in when he can.
Katie has been a director since 2012. A Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, she has worked previously for large and small firms. Whilst bearing the interests of creditors in mind, she tries to minimise the disruption for employees, suppliers and customers. She has given talks on the firms involvement with schools and an engineering business which had 100 and 55 employees.
Katie lives in Romsey with her daughter Rya.
Roger qualified as a chartered accountant before joining HSBC where he rose to Area Director in Southampton and Thames Valley.
Roger manages the business and advises on banking matters and assists directors where banks call on personal guarantees. As well as managing the business, he also manages administrations where there is ongoing trading.
Roger lives in Chandlers Ford with his wife Gill.
